This website is operated by the Media Division of Vermaverse OPC Private Limited from G3, 1st Floor, Sarala Complex, Kadma Market, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand – 831005. Janpariprekshya Darpan is a Hindi monthly publication; VMN News is a separate digital media property. This institutional site is not a breaking-news portal. Current VMN news and third-party websites are separate from the services offered here.
An enquiry, subscription request, store order or advertising reference records your submission; it is not automatic acceptance, delivery confirmation or publication approval. Subscription payment requires an approved request and an active plan. Store orders require staff confirmation of price, stock and delivery arrangements. Advertising holds are temporary and may expire before payment. Use the reference and email supplied with your request for the available payment and status checks.
Use the applicable published rate card or staff-confirmed order amount. Print and VMN digital advertising are separate products, with separate inventory and GST treatment; advertising base rates exclude GST. Checkout uses Razorpay in INR and verifies the amount and captured payment on the server. A browser success message alone is not proof of settlement. Final advertising tax invoices require a verified, active, date-applicable tax rule and place-of-supply information. Digital checkout is unavailable while its applicable tax is unverified. Subscription payment does not currently offer an automatic downloadable tax invoice through this site's checkout.
Payment does not guarantee publication, campaign activation, placement approval or editorial coverage. Creative and destination review remain necessary. Print advertising is linked to a particular issue and page; VMN digital advertising uses exact campaign dates. A published digital rate card does not establish that every external VMN page has been connected to this booking system.
Provide accurate contact and billing details and material you have permission to submit. Do not upload malware, impersonate another person, misuse someone else's reference/email, circumvent staff permissions or attempt to alter payments or inventory outside the permitted process. Staff accounts are role-controlled; having an account does not grant every administrative permission.
Published E-Papers can be read and downloaded without acquiring republication rights. File links may be temporary; return to the issue page if a link expires. Availability can be affected by maintenance, file access or third-party checkout. If payment appears taken but confirmation fails, retain the transaction reference and contact the desk before paying again. The site does not promise uninterrupted availability or an automatic refund on an error screen.
