Policy details

Draft — pending legal review

Draft updated: 06 October 2026. This date records the content update, not legal approval or a statutory effective date.

Officer and submission

The published Grievance Officer is Dr. Rajshree Verma, Media Division, Vermaverse OPC Private Limited. Contact rajshreeverma@vermaverse.com, 0657-4506627, or G3, 1st Floor, Sarala Complex, Kadma Market, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand – 831005. The Grievance Redressal form lets you identify the media property and category, describe the content and concern, and request a resolution.

Evidence and reference

The form accepts up to three supporting PDF, JPG or PNG documents, each up to 5 MB, and requires a truth-to-best-of-knowledge/contact-use declaration. Documents are kept privately for authorised staff review. A successful submission displays an immutable reference in the format VMV/MEDIA/GRV/YYYY/NNNN. Keep it for follow-up; on-screen receipt does not guarantee an acknowledgement email.

Review and outcomes

The staff workspace records assignment, review notes, communications, escalation and resolution/closure as distinct steps. Acknowledgement is not resolution. Legal notices and content decisions are recorded separately; submitting an allegation does not automatically remove content or establish liability. Relevant original content and evidence should be preserved.

Deadlines and follow-up

Response rules require verified, versioned sources in the Compliance Rules Master. This draft does not invent a statutory deadline or promise a turnaround not established by a verified rule. Contact the officer with your reference for follow-up or use the dedicated correction form for a specific factual correction.
