Draft — pending legal review
Draft updated: 06 October 2026. This date records the content update, not legal approval or a statutory effective date.
Print issue and placement
Print advertising is booked against an available monthly issue, with one advertisement in each of Front Page (FP), Page 2 (P2), Page 3 (P3) and Back Cover / Last Page (BC). No other print pages or full/half-page products are offered by this workflow. Issue month, coverage period, print date, publication date and release date are independent records. The issue must be open and the selected slot available; production locks, blocks or expired holds may prevent booking or revision.
VMN digital enquiry and inventory
Submit a VMN advertising enquiry before creating a digital booking hold. Digital inventory is separate from print and uses the nine approved placements on its rate card. A standard booking covers 30 consecutive days, with the end date 29 days after the start. Category placements depend on configured categories; the system does not assume categories. Availability and approval do not promise that external homepage, category and article templates have already been connected. Confirm delivery readiness with the advertising desk.
Rates and temporary holds
Use the verified published rate for the selected placement and applicable rate version. Advertising prices exclude GST; booking records keep rate and tax snapshots. A hold is not a permanent reservation and must remain eligible when payment starts. Renewing a digital campaign is a new booking subject to availability, not an automatic extension or rotation arrangement.
Creative files and permissions
Print creative is portrait 125 × 190 mm, supplied as PDF, JPG or PNG up to 20 MB; 300 DPI is recommended and CMYK preferred. RGB needs review, not automatic rejection. Printer-specific bleed must be confirmed rather than assumed. Digital creative uses separate desktop/mobile versions at the published pixel dimensions, in JPG, PNG or WebP up to 5 MB. Digital destination URLs must be suitable and reviewed. Provide copyright permissions and support for claims; do not rely on silent cropping or stretching to make unsuitable files compliant.
Payment, tax and invoice
Razorpay payment is checked against the booking and captured amount. VMN digital payment stays blocked where the applicable GST rule is not verified. A final advertising tax invoice requires captured-payment verification, a verified active tax rule valid for the invoice date and appropriate place-of-supply details. Print, digital and subscription taxation must not be substituted for one another. The legal invoice supplier is Vermaverse OPC Private Limited, Media Division, GSTIN 20AALCV9014B1ZQ—not VMN News or Janpariprekshya Darpan as a separate entity.
Review, publication and measurement
PAYMENT RECEIVED — EDITORIAL/COMMERCIAL REVIEW PENDING. Staff may request corrections or reject unsuitable content. Payment does not buy favourable reporting, headline control or removal of legitimate coverage. Print publication needs explicit confirmation; digital campaigns need approved creatives, destination and scheduling. Where delivery endpoints are integrated, impression/click reports reflect recorded events, not invented audiences, guaranteed viewability or promised results. Print proof-copy tracking reflects manually entered staff updates, not a live courier feed.
Changes and refunds
Creative revisions are subject to the booking's review and production status. Cancellation and refunds need staff review; this workflow provides no automatic self-service refund. Keep your booking and payment references and contact the desk before sending replacements or making a second payment. Approved commercial changes and refund outcomes must be recorded separately from creative approval.
