Policy details

Draft — pending legal review

Draft updated: 06 October 2026. This date records the content update, not legal approval or a statutory effective date.

Choose the appropriate channel

This site does not offer an automatic contributor-publishing portal. Use Contact Us for editorial proposals, Corrections for factual concerns, Grievance Redressal for formal complaints and the relevant print/digital booking flow for advertising creatives. Submission references record receipt, not editorial acceptance.

Accuracy, rights and personal information

Identify the material's source and disclose ownership, permissions and restrictions. Distinguish verified facts from allegations or opinion, and provide evidence where relevant. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive details about others. Grievance evidence is submitted for private review, not as a request to publish the whole file.

AI and documentary authenticity

Disclose AI-generated or materially AI-altered writing, images or video. Such material must not be described as authentic documentary evidence of an event or person. Staff must not invent attributed Founder messages or replace original certificates with recreated documents.

Review, versions and use

Submitted material is not published automatically and may require fact, rights, creative, editorial or legal review. Staff may seek clarification, revisions or decline publication. Advertising uploads retain creative versions and reviews; complaint records retain evidence and decisions. Any publication permission should match the agreed use; these terms do not impose an invented perpetual licence or exclusivity requirement.
